Here's a card my baby made. Hee hee. Took her own picture, too. I think to be 5 she layered the bunny pretty good (all on her own).

Bunnies & Blossoms Banner Hop Day 2



Welcome to the Bunnies and Blossoms Banner Hop for Special Needs Children Day 2! If you missed yesterday, please hop over to my BFF the Cardmonkey and see yesterday's line-up.

30+fantastic papercrafters have come together to create Spring-themed banners.We will then donate these banners to Ellen (CardMonkey), who works as Admissions Coordinator at Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC), www.pediatricspecialty.com.
PSC is a long-term care facility for specialneeds children who are medically-fragile and/or technologically-dependent. Thebabies, children and youths at PSC range in age from birth to 21, and areadmitted from all over the country.

Some are infants, born prematurely and beforetheir lungs have had a chance to mature. Others have serious birth defects,illnesses or injuries from accidents that cause them to need tender loving carein a home-like environment -- many for their lifetimes.

Our banners are meant to cheer the youngpatients, their families, and the staff at PSC. Here is the banner that I made and will be sending to Ellen to decorate a child's room:










The cute bunnies are cut from Create-A-Critter at 5". All the bunny papers are Recollections. The scalloped pennants are from a Spellbinders Die. The pennant paper is from a Mambi pack. The ribbon is standard Wal-mart.

I made these super cute flowers, then used the buttons as lil centers. I used the scissors that I won as blog candy from the Cardmonkey to cut the blades of grass. I cut the cloud from April Showers at 1 1/2". The PP is from a Recollections pack.

This tent card was made using a Kraft paper as a base. The super cute digi was from Ms. Digi Darla. The Patterned Papers were from a Mambi Pack and a Recollections Pack. The awesome sentiment stamp is from My Creative Time. The ribbon is some yummy 3GJ.


As you can see from this view, I continued the theme on the inside.
